I am passionate about bringing handwoven fabric into our daily lives. My design sensibilities are centered around a functional and minimal aesthetic. I work hard to make quality fabrics out of materials with known origins. Fabrics that will be treasured enough to last a lifetime or more but sustainably created so they will leave a smaller imprint on the earth. I offer design and production services to help you customize your collection of handwoven textile goods.

Details:

• I love to work with natural dyes - let me know if this is an option you would like to know more about.

• I offer sewing in house and can provide sewing tips and consultation services if needed for your handwoven fabrics.

• I offer low minimums and will weave as few as 10 yards for your first custom order! Incremental bulk discounts begin after 20 yards.

• Lead times vary based on quantities ordered and current work load. I am a small operation (working out of a garage in Western North Carolina) but I take weaving for you very seriously! I occasionally hire local weavers to help with large orders in my studio.

• I LOVE TO WEAVE - I love to pass along my appreciation for handmade textiles to you and your customers.

• Some clients will not need to pay this “design-fee” - it is here for those that need me to evaluate your ideas and goals and translate them into weaving drafts and textile schematics. This fee also serves as a deposit when engaging in work with me.
